Everyone who still wonders why the German health system is so broke, I recommend hay fever in Turkey:

Germany:
Xusal (5 mg levocetirizine) H1-antihistamine 3rd generation 20 tablets = at least 23 €

Turkey:
Xyzal (5 mg levocetirizine) H1-antihistamine 3rd generation 20 tablets = 7.13 TL = 3.6 €

In an acute attack 20 tablets can be consumed in a week.

And so I'm glad to breathe and to be not strangeld by the bill. Thanks Turkish state, that you are fixing the drug prices!
