Act 1

The first act shows the life story of Eva, a modern woman, from her childhood to adulthood.

We see a young girl with her friends. She’s becoming independent from her parents, growing up and leaving her home. We see her first love, finding a place in society and finally a husband with whom she has two children.

The children grow up quickly and suddenly Eva feels alone and realizes that her husband is involved with another woman. When Eva finds out this woman is her best friend her mind wanders back to her first love and how happy she then was.

Eva struggles to free herself from the grip of her despair….eventually her first love helps her to start afresh. With his support she starts her new career.

Eva finds that she is creative woman and becomes an influential person in society. She is reunited with her family but still cannot forgive her husband and best friend for their infidelity.

Act 2

Many years have passed and Eva has finally come to terms with her life. She has forgiven her friend for the past but now faces her own death and is coming to terms with her own mortality.

Before she dies she is determined to say goodbye to all her closest friends and relatives and then she will be ready to leave this world.
